Your donations will provide free groceries to families in need. Funds can be sent via Cash App and Venmo. Donations made are tax-deductible.

Need Groceries?

We deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 12pm and 4pm-depending on the date the order is received and how fast our volunteer group is able to process it. We now cover Ocean Hill, Brownsville, East New York, Cypress Hills, Breukelen Houses, and Starrett City. You can check if you live inside our coverage area here - if not, please look for a mutual aid group in your neighborhood at https://mutualaid.nyc/. Volunteer

We are 100% volunteer-run, and we always need help. There’s a role for everyone, including deliveries via car, intake, packing bags, social media, tech, fundraising, volunteer management, and more! Please fill out our volunteer sign-up form, and join our Slack to stay in the loop and get involved.

We have an active board with members representing significant
sectors related to our programs and offer the following programs.

Black Radish Home Delivery

Provides healthy food to elderly people, disabled folks, and low-income families.

Community days

Support BIPOC farmers by providing labor to farmers and educating community members about land, food, health, and nutrition.

That support local BIPOC producers will operate from May-December at Christian Cultural Center (CCC).

EBMA began as a grassroots organization and has developed strong partnerships with key organizations in the community. We are well respected and known for developing innovative approaches to providing healthy and affordable food to the BIPOC community.
